Our regular cleaning rate is £25.20 per hour, including VAT. We bring all of our own cleaning products and equipment, so there’s no need for you to worry about buying or providing anything. Before we start, we’ll arrange a no-obligation house visit. This gives you the chance to show us around your home, let us know exactly what you’d like cleaned and chat through any specific requirements or preferences you may have. After your house visit, we’ll look at our team and find the right cleaner for you, as well as a day and time that works around your schedule.

We understand that every home and every family is different. Whether you’re at home while we clean, you’re busy at work, or you’d prefer us to have a key or key safe so we can let ourselves in, we’ll work with whatever is easiest and most comfortable for you. We’re used to all kinds of homes – including busy family homes – and there’s absolutely no judgement. Our job is simply to make your life a little easier and leave you with a lovely, clean home. 💞

Regular Cleaning – What to Expect 🧼

Sometimes your home just needs a little bit more than a regular clean — and that’s where our deep cleans come in! Once you get in touch, we’ll arrange a house visit so we can see your home and talk through exactly what you’d like us to focus on. During the house visit, we’ll also chat with you about any extras you may want, such as cleaning inside your fridge, cupboards or other areas. These are completely optional, but they will affect the overall price of your deep clean. Once we’ve seen the property and discussed your requirements, we’ll go back to the office and put together your personalised quote. If you’re happy with the price, we’ll get you booked in!

So, what makes a deep clean different? A deep clean is a much more thorough clean than a regular clean. Where possible, we’ll move furniture and clean underneath and behind it, getting into those areas that may not be reached during your usual clean. Deep cleans can take the whole day, depending on the size and condition of the property and what you’d like us to do. And you don’t have to deep clean your whole house! If you only want one or two rooms given some extra TLC, that’s absolutely fine too. 💜 Whether your whole home needs a fresh start or there’s just a couple of rooms that need some extra attention, we can work with you to create a clean that suits your home and your needs. End of Tenancy & Moving-In Cleans 🏡✨ Moving out or getting ready to move into your new home? Our end of tenancy and moving-in cleans are designed to give your property a fresh, spotless start.

The property needs to be completely empty before we carry out the clean. We’ll then work through the home from top to bottom, giving everything a thorough clean and leaving it looking fresh and ready for its next chapter. You can also add an oven clean and/or carpet clean to your booking, making it even easier to get the whole property looking its best.

How does it work? We’ll first arrange a house visit so we can see the property for ourselves. This allows us to see exactly what needs doing and provide you with an accurate quote. Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll find a suitable date and get your clean booked in.

End of Tenancy & Moving-In Cleans

Firstly, we know that booking a biohazard clean can be a really difficult and emotional decision. There is absolutely no judgement from us — we are here to help, support you and make the process as easy as possible. The first step is getting in touch. We will arrange a house visit where we can have a chat with you about what needs doing, what you would like us to focus on and how quickly you would like the clean to start. From there, we will put together a no-obligation quote based on what we have seen and discussed with you.

When we arrive for the clean, we may look a little bit like the Ghostbusters! 👻😂 with our PPE on, but don't worry — this is simply because we need to protect ourselves and make sure the clean is carried out as safely and hygienically as possible. Depending on the situation, we can help with rubbish removal too. We can arrange a skip for you, or you are more than welcome to arrange your own — whichever works best for you.

Every biohazard clean is different. Some may take one day, while others can take several days depending on the size of the property, the amount that needs removing and the level of cleaning required. Our aim is to take as much of the stress away from you as possible and help you get the property back to a safe, clean and manageable environment.

We will come out to the property, have a chat with you and talk through what you would like us to do and how you would like things handled.

During the house visit, you are in control. You can talk us through what you would like to keep, what you would like removed and anything that is particularly important to you. We can also help with getting unwanted items to a charity shop of your choice, where appropriate. For rubbish that needs disposing of, we can arrange a skip, or you are more than welcome to arrange your own — whatever you feel most comfortable with.
